Theodore Joseph "Ted" Horowitz (nacido el 31 de marzo de 1960 en The Bronx, Nueva York, Estados Unidos), que interpreta bajo el nombre artístico de Popa Chubby (una obra de teatro en el lenguaje de la jerga "pop a gordito", que significa obtener una erección), es un cantante, compositor y guitarrista estadounidense de rock / blues eléctrico.
