Patty Larkin (nacida el 19 de junio de 1951 es una cantante, compositora y guitarrista estadounidense con sede en Boston, Massachusetts. Es miembro fundador de Four Bitchin 'Babes. Su música ha sido descrita como música pop folk-urbana.
Patty Larkin nació en Des Moines, Iowa, Estados Unidos, y creció en una familia musical y artística en Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Descendiente de una larga lista de cantantes y narradores irlandeses, su madre era pintora y sus hermanas, ambas músicas. Aprendió a temprana edad a apreciar la belleza y la magia de las artes. Comenzó los estudios de piano clásico a los 7 años, y se dejó llevar por los sonidos del pop y el folk en la década de 1960, enseñándose la guitarra y experimentando con la composición de canciones en la escuela secundaria. Especializada en inglés, Larkin cantó durante toda su carrera en la escuela secundaria y la universidad, comenzando en cafeterías en Oregon y San Francisco. Al graduarse de la Universidad de Oregón, se mudó a Boston, Massachusetts, donde se dedicó a la música, buscó en las calles de Cambridge y estudió guitarra de jazz en el Berklee College of Music y con guitarristas de jazz del área de Boston.
